FISD student Emily H. (r) has a heart for animals as does her math teacher, Lisa L. (l) who just so happens to be a Furry Friends Animal Rescue volunteer!
Emily started her own business last year called K9 Kompassion. She uses recycled football leather to create these unique leather collars. She will be partnering with Furry Friends Animal Rescue to donate a portion of her proceeds to help give back and support local animals!
Lisa L. says "A student of mine started her own company last year making dog collars from old footballs - she brought some samples of her collars and I honestly couldn’t believe how nice they are!"
We invite you to visit www.K9Kompassion.com to support both this young entrepreneur and Furry Friends Animal Rescue!
